Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GridWeek ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

GridWeek is a motorcycle racing calendar and planning app that provides:

• Race schedules and Grand Prix event information
• Championship standings
• Team and rider information
• Calendar synchronization features
• Widgets for quick access to upcoming events
• Racing news and updates

Subscriptions

GridWeek offers optional premium subscriptions ("GridWeek PRO") with the following plans:

• GridWeek Pro Monthly: Monthly auto-renewable subscription providing full access to all Pro features.
• GridWeek Pro Yearly: Yearly auto-renewable subscription providing full access to all Pro features. May include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.

Subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the app

Free Trial

Some subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Free trials are only available to new subscribers.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the proper operation of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Redistribute or resell access to the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spider Service SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Racing trademarks, rider images, and team logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate or outdated information
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages arising from use of the App
• Missed events due to incorrect schedule data
• Any loss of data or unauthorized access

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spider Service SRL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
