How do I sync events to my calendar?
Open any event, tap the calendar icon, and choose "Add to Calendar". PRO subscribers can enable automatic sync in Settings.
Why are session times different from what I see elsewhere?
GridWeek automatically converts all times to your local timezone. Make sure your device timezone is set correctly in iOS Settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → GridWeek → Cancel Subscription. Your PRO features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open GridWeek → Settings → scroll to subscription section → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
Why aren't my widgets updating?
Try these steps: 1) Open the app to refresh data, 2) Go to Settings → Refresh Widgets, 3) Remove and re-add the widget.
How do I report incorrect information?
